Sydney Fate are a powerful 5-piece alternative metal band from Cardiff, South Wales, formed by high school friends Bailey Edwards (Vocals) and Thomas Atkinson-Turner (Bass) in 2017.

Tragedy, Life-changing experiences, and broken hearts… They’ve all been the catalyst of inspiration for many great songs over the years and in the case of Sydney Fate, this is no exception!

First hitting the scene in 2018 with the release of their first EP 'Sound Alive', that later gained the attention of USA label Eclipse Records, lead to the signing of their first album deal.

After releasing their Debut album ‘Silicon Nitride’ in April 2020,

which received 3 nominations at the CMA Awards for Best Single, Best Music Video & Best Live Act; Sydney Fate were named one of the best emerging bands by KERRANG! and also made it to the finals of Marshall Records 'The Deal'.

Since touring their album and gigging with the likes of Ocean Grove, As December Falls, Sean Smith (The Blackout), RXPTRS and many more fantastic bands, Sydney Fate plan on releasing new music throughout 2024.
